Great work as always. Trying to read his face, it appears he could be ready to strangle the guy who gave him the smiley face over a skull OR he'll take on anyone who snickers at the smiley face.

The statement? I think it's "Have fun even if it kills you!" Not the best advise, but how else shall we interpret a smiley & cross-bones? LOL. I like the concept and the style a lot.
